How will the first consulting meeting take place ?

Dreamelca Events will offer a phone, Skype or in-person meeting at your convinience. We'll discuss your event project and your needs will be defined more specifically. Then, we'll send you a personalized service proposal.

Personalized and costumized service: how does it work?

Dreamelca Events has created a detailed questionnaire to get to know the VIP/target of the surprise. We also take all the time required with our clients. Our goal is to adapt to the VIP personalities, tastes and points of interest.

How can I book Dreamelca Events services?

A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. Dreamelca Events will send you a contract for you to sign and return with a deposit of 50% of the estimated total amount.

We are a group and we'd like to offer a surprise to a loved one. Is it possible?

Yes, of course. Dreamelca Events just needs one contact person, but the others will be partners and will also have a role to play.  We can also accept several payments.

 

What methods of payments are accepted?

Credit cards Visa / Mastercard, Interac e-transfers and cheques.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 90 days prior the event : refund of the first deposit  
Between 90 and 30 days prior the event: refund of 50% of the first deposit
Less than 30 days prior the event : No refund will be made

Please note that  event research/design might be applied.
